We have a spacious 8000 Sq. Ft. of factory area capable of pre-manufacturing store fixture for any size of store and therefore, will require a minimum assemble time to complete the project.

We can handle any size of project, from vanity cabinet to fixture for an entire store.

Thank you for your interest in our company, we would like to point out some general acceptance level in woodworking industry to avoid any misunderstanding of quality and workmanship.

For General Information:
As all our works are custom units, unless customer supplied, we will provide drawing / sketch for the quote, please kindly study all dimensions as we mutually agree and confirm it is practical and acceptable.  Unless specified, all removal of old cabinets, plumbing, lighting wiring and delivery are treated extra and customer responsibility to assure the floor protected against damage during delivery & assembly.
In time, a slight changes of color (especially wood veneer) & deformation may nevertheless occur due to exposure to light and other environmental influences.  Our company can assure you that all units are being manufacture professionally by our carpenters with utmost care.  However, customer should inform our company immediately if there is a slight chance of serious deformation occur that might affect the intact of the unit and causing a safety concern.  e.g. wall, floor or carpet gave way causing unit unstable, column or shelf support become loose due to deformation etc.  As this should be under our warranty within a reasonable period.  However, we can not be responsible to the valuable contents which would be best covered by the owner's addition insurance policy.

For Wood Veneer Or Hard Wood (Mostly Wood Trim or Molding):
Due to the nature of wood, slight irregularities in its structure and coloring as well as wood fronts are inevitable and they can not constitute grounds for complaints.  Sample provided reflects color tone and quality of finish only and can be duplicated where general characteristics of the wood are similar to the sample.  Different pieces of the same species of wood may vary in shade and grain and allowance must be made for this factor.  These inherent variations of color, grain, texture and figure are natural characteristics of wood and enhance its beauty and distinctiveness.  Therefore, it is almost impossible to 100% matching customer sample or existing cabinet.  Due to the nature of wood, we recommend 40%-50% humidity for the 1st & 2nd season after installation in order to avoid any movement / deformation in the wood.

For Melamine Products:
As we all know that the melamine already pre-finished before assembly of cabinet and therefore screws & nail or any other installation method will inevitably shows on the finished surface of the cabinet.  Unless specified in the quote, we will not cover with a matching laminate (if available) which contribute a higher cost of the cabinet.  Normally, there is a close match PVC edge for the specific melimine, however, if there is none available, we will select a closest match for the project.
